Helen Ingram is—
• Certified by the American Board of Hypnotherapy
• A member in good standing of the National Guild of Hypnotists
• A certified NLP Practitioner.

She has taken advanced course work in hypnotic techniques with Hubert Morris, the director of the Academy for Hypnotic Studies. 

She has also taken the Master NLP Practitioner training with Jeisyn Murphy, owner of the Southwestern Institute of NLP, and the New Code training from John Grinder, co-developer of NLP.

She is a second year student pursuing a Masters in Oriental Medicine at the Academy of Oriental Medicine at Austin.
